FAQ/Cancellation

  • Yes. I was a skeptic when I had my first psychic reading by Zoom, but I have found it to be incredibly effective. Zoom allows us to connect with each other and Spirit while we are each in our own comfortable and safe spaces. Zoom is my preferred reading method.

  • Yes, I maintain complete confidentiality. The reading is yours to share or not, as you choose. It is between you and your Guides and Angels.

  • I have communicated with lost pets, and I have also communicated with people who appear with their pets on the other side. As with anyone, I cannot guarantee who will come through, but it is certainly possible to receive communications from animals who have passed.

  • Payment is due upon scheduling your appointment. There are no refunds or discounts given after a session is completed. There are no refunds or credits for missed appointments (no shows) or for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start of your session time.

    If you need to cancel your appointment, notify me as soon as possible by email or phone. You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund if you notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • I am in California, which is Pacific Standard Time, and any dates or times are reflected in PST. If you are still unsure, please email or text me to confirm. I don’t want anyone to miss their appointment due to confusion about the time.

  • I have never had a problem connecting with Spirit. However, in the event this happens, I will inform you and end our session with a full refund. It is very important to me that our time together is beneficial to you and that our experience is a positive one.
